Collection: Eduardo Dias

Eduardo is a biologist from Sao Paulo, Brazil and he currently works at Mackenzie Presbyterian University as the Laboratorist at the Bioscience Center of Research. His work brought him to Brazilian biomes such as the Pantanal, the Cerrado, the Atlantic Forest, Foz do Iguaçu and many other destinations throughout the country and photography played a major role during his trips. He uses his camera as a tool to express his imagination, but also as a way to build a didactic repertoire in which biology meets art. His goal is to expose nature's beauty through sensible images, highlighting their organic structures and singularities. For Eduardo, the union between art and biology is capable of alerting us about the environment we inhabit and everything that surrounds us on a daily basis.
